Website privacy notice

Updated September 15, 2026. This notice describes the data flows on this TCCA website.

Enquiries

When online enquiries are enabled, we collect the contact and business details you submit, including your name, company, email, service requirements and optional message. We use these to respond and manage the enquiry. Submission does not subscribe you to a marketing list.

Enquiries are stored in TCCA’s Cloudflare account before delivery to the configured TCCA lead destination. Relevant campaign tags and an optional self-reported source help TCCA understand how enquiries arrive. Your name, email and message are not included in general advertising events.

Security and operation

Cloudflare hosts the website and processes requests. When forms are enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile checks for abuse. The enquiry service uses a short-lived, keyed representation of the request’s IP address to limit repeated submissions; it does not store the raw IP address in its lead table. Cloudflare may process request data under its own service terms.

The browser keeps a random enquiry reference in memory while a form is submitted, helping prevent duplicate records on a retry. We use local storage to remember your optional measurement choice and animation preference. These preferences are saved in this browser.

Optional advertising measurement

ChatGPT Ads measurement is inactive unless TCCA configures it and you choose to allow measurement. When enabled with your permission, the OpenAI measurement pixel can record page views and a successfully received enquiry, together with advertising attribution identifiers. We do not manually send names, email addresses, phone numbers or enquiry messages to that pixel.

You can change your choice through “Privacy choices” in the footer. Keeping optional measurement off does not prevent an enquiry. TCCA does not use this implementation to upload customer lists or enable automatic advanced matching.

Careers and applications

The careers page embeds TCCA’s public job board from Dover. Opening that page connects your browser to Dover to display its listings. Applications and any files you choose to provide are handled through Dover’s application process, under the notices presented there; they are not submitted to this website’s business-enquiry service.

Other services

Booking links open TCCA’s Microsoft booking calendar. Email links open your email application. Those services process information under their own policies. Linked websites have their own data practices.

Retention and requests

When online intake is activated, its retention policy calls for deletion of website intake records after 90 days. Records transferred to TCCA’s lead system may be kept as needed to manage the business relationship and meet applicable obligations. Contact TCCA to ask about access, correction or deletion.
